Are your packing materials recyclable?

All of our packing and shipping materials are made from recycled materials, including the envelope.

How does my order ship?

Your order will ship using our preferred carrier based on the service you selected.  Currently, all international shipments are shipped via Federal Express.

When will I receive my order?

If your order was placed before 12:00 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, then we will do our very best to ship your package the same business day. Health-care practitioners should then expect to receive their order within 1-2 business days. Patients placing an order should expect to receive their order within 2-10 business days, taking into consideration any unforeseen circumstances.

Does Thorne ship internationally?

For questions about international shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-225-6116 or email support@thornevet.com. Please note we currently do not ship internationally on the website.

Will there be shipping fees charged on my order?

All retail orders shipped within the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii) receive free ground shipping. All wholesale orders with a minimum purchase of $99.00, will also receive free shipping. If your wholesale order total is below $99.00, then shipping is a flat rate fee of $11.95. For Alaska and Hawaii, free shipping is offered on orders over $300, otherwise freight costs will vary, with a minimum shipping fee of $30.00. Expedited shipping, such as overnight shipping, is available by request, for an additional fee.

Can I ship my order to another address at checkout or must I first update my profile?

Yes, you can create a "ship-to" address at the checkout page. You do not have to add a "ship to" address to your profile first.

Will I receive a notice each time before an auto-ship order is shipped?

Yes, you will receive an automatic email that notifies you that your auto-ship order is getting ready to ship. Please make sure that your payment and address information is current on your auto-ship orders to avoid any delays.

Does Thorne ship to Canada?

Yes, we have obtained more than 150 Natural Product Licenses from Health Canada. Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-225-6116 for more information.
